4. Kemudian, tutup doh dengan plastik wrap dan biarkan sehingga kembang 2 kali ganda.<br />
5. Selepas kembang, uli dan ambil roll pin. Roll kan doh ungu menjadi segi empat tepat. Begitu juga dengan doh kosong.<br />
6. Sapukan sedikit air di atas doh ungu, dan letak doh kosong di atas doh ungu.<br />
7. Gulung macam swiss roll.<br />
8. Kemudian, potong kepada beberapa bahagian yang sama besar.<br />
9. Rehat kan doh selama 10 minit.<br />
10. Masukkan mantou ke dalam kukusan baru buka api. Kukus selama 15 minit dengan api besar.<br />
